GetFlight uses the information you provide to search fares, prepare bookings, collect payment, confirm airline reservations, send booking emails, and help you manage trips.
Information we handle
Flight searches include route, dates, cabin, and passenger count. Bookings may include passenger names, dates of birth, contact details, selected seats, bags, meals, payment status, and airline reservation references.
Service providers
Duffel powers live flight search, airline order creation, booking retrieval, and airline servicing. Stripe handles payment collection and saved payment methods. Amazon SES sends transactional email. Cloudflare hosts the application and database.
Connected assistants
When you connect an AI assistant, it can use your GetFlight account only through the permissions you approve. You can use it to search flights, prepare bookings, start payment approval, and review booking status.
